The strength of our training programme is a factor that sets Amanzi Blue apart. We know that event staff are the voice and public face of an event, and are often required to manage a variety of enquiries, requests and incidents with the utmost diplomacy and the least possible disruption to the event. To this end, we train our staff in Health & Safety, Fire Awareness, and Customer Service. This is in addition to the thorough briefings on each specific event’s requirements.
