We have the same high standards for our part-time staff members as many companies have for their full-time employees, and in return our staff members are treated as part of the Amanzi Blue family.

All our staff members receive training in Health & Safety, Fire Awareness, and Customer Service when they first join, and continue to receive ongoing training related to the events on which they work.

When we recruit our Amanzi Blue team members, we look for candidates who are courteous, well presented and well spoken, intelligent, resourceful and pleasant to deal with. Through ongoing management interaction, we develop these characteristics as well as specific event-related skills.
