Our hours are flexible and depend on the nature of each event. For this reason, we only offer part-time rather than full-time employment.

To join our team, you will need to undergo a 6-8 week application process that includes the following steps:

  1. Complete the application form on this page.

  2. Be available for a brief telephonic interview.

  3. Attend an event where you will work shadow one of our existing team members and observe their activities. This will give you a good idea of what to expect as an Amanzi Blue team member and will ensure that the position matches your expectations.

  4. Successfully complete a one-day training session. Our business relies on our staff members interacting well with other people, so we prefer to assess staff based on group sessions.

  5. Agree to us performing a reference check to verify your details.

Please note that we favour applicants who use full sentences and correct grammar and spelling. This is because we value attention to detail very highly, as it helps us deliver excellent service to our clients.
Also note that all of the information requested in the application form must be provided.
Applicants who don’t display attention to detail when completing the application form are unlikely to be shortlisted.
